Energy recovery spell
This spell is used to recover energy that we have lost through contact with so-called energy vampires or through our unconscious and unskillful expulsion of energy to various matters or persons. This is an intuitive and simple spell, as you don’t need any accessories, just access to a forest or tree.
You can perform this spell as often as you feel the need. However, if you perceive that such a need arises in you very often, it is worth looking into the situation. Then take the time to analyze the situation and notice the moments when you lose your energy the most.
When does it happen? When dealing with which people? What kind of attitude do you guys take at those times.
Remember that vampirism among people is quite common, but it is also true that many times it is you who allow yourself to be vamped in this way. Therefore, changing your consciousness on this subject and, through this, changing your habits and patterns of action will help you to protect yourself in a certain way from such situations. The more stable we are, the less we get sick. This principle translates not only into physical immunity, but also energy immunity.
Assertiveness is a very important trait that helps us reasonably emit and dispose of our own energy.
When you feel that you are tired, weakened and will lack energy and the will to live, go to the forest and find a strong, large tree there, without any growths or deformities. Then go around the trunk clockwise three times and say the following formula while doing so:
O BIG TREE, STRONG AND POWERFUL!
FOR YOUR HELP I HAVE COME/AM.
LEND ME YOUR STRENGTH SO THAT MINE WILL RETURN.
FOR YOU WITHOUT HARM, FOR MY COMFORT
LET IT HAPPEN.
Then sit under this tree and lean against it with your back, or do it standing up. Instead of leaning, you can press your forehead or palms against the trunk. Feel how the invigorating energies circulate between you, how you exchange – you give your used, old energy to the tree, and it soaks your body with new energy, full of life and vigor. Sit like this for at least 15 minutes (you can go longer), and then thank the tree for its help. Remember that this practice should be systematic, especially if you are feeling very bad. It may happen that one session is not enough.
When choosing the type of tree, remember the important point that it should not be trees like poplar, aspen and alder, which happen to be not favorable for such rituals. This is because they just take energy from us, but do not give it back to us, so instead of increasing your energy level, you may feel more tired and weak after such a session. Other trees are most suitable.
